What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE. Please note that, for security and compliance, all refunds—including for COD orders—are processed back to a credit card, per our refund policy.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option across the UAE. Select COD at checkout, and you can pay in cash upon delivery. For refunds on COD orders, the amount will be credited to a credit card, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping is available on all orders within the UAE, regardless of the order amount.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 15:00 GST are processed on the same day, typically arriving the next business day for non-remote areas. Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the following business day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, though remote areas may require up to 5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my products?

Yes, products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Some items, including intimate apparel and sale items, may be non-returnable for hygiene or policy reasons.

How do I initiate a return?

What if I receive a defective item?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to a credit card per our policy. Processing times depend on the card issuer.

Do you offer exchanges?
